Both myself and my husband are artists and sculptors and fell in love with the lush north of Corfu some years ago. Since then we have lovingly renovated the first bakery in this area, which is now our family home, incorporating a holiday apartment and cottage. We have tried to make the accommodation as comfortable as possible, having done a fair bit of traveling ourselves and had some bad experiences! We pride ourselves on providing a friendly personal service and go the extra mile to make your holiday special. Living here year round we are on hand if you need anything during your stay, and knowing the island like we do, can point you towards must see places while you’re here.

We offer a spacious two bedroom (sleeps 5), one level, open plan apartment situated in the traditional village of Agios Martinos, just 3km behind Acharavi on the north coast.
With double glazed windows, mosquito blinds throughout and original marble floors our apartment is ideal for families and couples alike.

Next to the apartment is the Bakery Cottage (sleeps 2), with it’s unique bathroom which was once the bread oven for the bakery. The large farmhouse kitchen/dining room and additional lounge and bedroom are wonderfully cool in the height of summer and comfortably furnished.
Guests of the apartment and cottage have use of a rooftop pool and large roof terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, sea and Albanian mountains.
Being situated in the gentle foothills of Mt . Pantkrator, the highest peak of Corfu, we offer perfect base for walkers, artists, birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts. Corfu is particularly lush and beautiful in the springtime with it’s abundance of wild flowers, take a look at our island gallery pages to get an idea of what to expect to see.
We offer all our guests complementary Olives, oil and marmelade for their stay. All are organic, grown and produced here at the Old Bakery by us, and available to buy to take home.
